Mrs. Maleque has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and has a vast practical experience in business. She plays an active role in the audit and administration of the company. She has traveled to many countries of the world, which has enriched her knowledge.

Mr. Ruhul Ammen, M.Com, FCMA is a senior Fellow member of the institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Bangladesh. Mr. Ameen held many senior management positions in local, multinational and foreign companies having excellent track record of success for more than 35 years throughout his career of which last 25 years was with Excelsior Shoes Ltd. The Company is listed in the Stock Exchange in Bangladesh and is the Country’s 1st 100% Export oriented sports shoes manufacturing and exporting company in CEPZ. Chittagong Bangladesh. For his outstanding contribution to the company, he was honored to have been positioned as Dy. Managing Director in the year 1995 and contributed superbly with the entire satisfaction of the Management and the Board of Director of Excelsior Group. Mr. Ruhul Ameen has extensively toured USA, Canada, Europe and Asia. Apart from his outstanding professional worth, he was the first elected President of the Bangladesh Sports Shoes Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BSSMEA) until 2014.

Nominee Director of ICB—Mr. Md. Shariqul Anam
Mr. Md. Shariqul Anam was born in 1971. He completed his Master of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Dhaka. He furthered his education by obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Capital Market (PGDCM) from the Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market.

Md. Shariqul Anam is currently serving as the Deputy General Manager at the Trustee Division and SPV Unit at the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB), located at BDBL Bhaban, 8 Rajuk Avenue, Dhaka-1000. He has been in this position since January 02, 2023, bringing over 28 years of experience in the financial sector, reflecting his unwavering dedication to professional excellence.

Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Anam has held several key positions within the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh. Before his current role, he served as Deputy General Manager in various divisions, including Planning and Research, Secretaries and Business Development. His Career with ICB Began on November 01, 1995 and over the years, he has consistently demonstrated leadership and expertise in financial management. He was promoted to Deputy General Manager/System Manager (Grade-03) on June 11, 2020.

Mr. Anam has also participated in various training sessions, workshops and seminars, both domestically and internationally, on topics such as Corporate Governance, Financial Statement Analysis and Total Quality Management. Independent Director - Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mohiuddin (Retd)
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mohiuddin (Retd) was born in 1953. He completed his Master of Commerce degree in Management from the University of Dhaka. After completion of his education, he engaged with autonomous government service as Lecturer from the year 1980. After that, he was promoted as Assistant Professor in 1984, Associate Professor in 1993, Professor in 2000. He was appointed as Director, Management Development Team in 2015, as Director, Center for Entrepreneurship Development and SME Management in 2016. After that he was appointed as Vice Chancellor in Z H. Sikder University of Science and Technology in 2016. After that he served as Professor in the School of Business at the Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology from 2021 – 2023. He is serving as Adviser, ZNRF University of Management Sciences, Dhaka from 2023 till now. He is also working as Member, Finance Committee, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), Dhaka since 2015, as Adviser, National Committee, Eminence Associates for Social Development, Dhaka since 2018.
